Medical records are an important part of your health care. These records are a written history of your health condition and treatment. They are used by doctors, hospitals, health care clinics, and other health care practitioners and facilities to treat you. The Health Information Services (H.I.S.) Department manages and organizes all the reports and documents that make up your health information at NRMC. The department works with physicians and many other departments in the facility to provide information that is utilized for quality care and patient outcomes.

The patient portal gives you access to your discharge instructions, lab results, x-rays, and more. You can also manage your medications and allergies or even request an appointment at one of our rural health clinics including, NowCare Clinic, Primary Care Center, or Rich Hill Family Medical Clinic. For help setting up your account, please call 417-667-3355.
We are excited to announce that NRMC now also supports health records in the Health app, which is available to patients with an iPhone running iOS 11.3 or later.
The new health records feature in the Health app makes it easy to access and visualize key parts of your health records, including allergies, conditions, immunizations, labs, medications, procedures, and vitals.
Setup is simple. Getting your health records from NRMC or any one of our rural health clinics into your iPhone is as easy as going to the Health Records section of the Health app, searching for our institution, and then logging in with the user name and password that you normally use to access your account at our institution. For help setting up your account, please call 417-667-3355.
