Nevada Regional Medical Center Board of Directors

Our Board Members

NRMC and its affiliates are governed by a nine-member, voluntary Board of Directors, which represents a broad spectrum of professional, business, and community leaders. Candidates are nominated by the Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors and are appointed by the City Council of Nevada.

The Board of Directors determine hospital policy and provide direction and counsel on management, administration, planning, and development.

Directors are responsible for hospital compliance with applicable legal requirements, the maintenance of professional and ethical standards of health services, sound financial management and operation of Nevada Regional Medical Center and selection and appointment of qualified medical staff.

Board meetings are held the last Tuesday of each month and are open to the public.
