A certified speech therapist provides speech, language and dysphagia evaluation and treatment services along with counseling to children and adults on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.Speech Therapy may also include language training to improve communication, comprehension, and reading skills; aurel rehabilitation for those who are hearing impaired or deaf; cognitive functioning to improve orientation, memory, reasoning and problem solving; developing communication devices for those who have problems speaking and swallowing difficulties.
