Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy helps people of all ages achieve the physical, cognitive and behavioral skills needed to return to normal daily activities.

Our goal is to help patients achieve independence with daily tasks such as:
     Dressing
     Bathing
     Homemaking duties
Getting in and out of bed, a car or a tub
Help patients recover from work-related injuries

Patients may require occupational therapy for a variety of health problems, including orthopedic problems or injuries resulting from cumulative trauma or due to a neurological disease.  Also, children who are developmentally lacking age-appropriate skills may benefit from early intervention.

Occupational therapy can assist with fine motor mobility and sensory development.
