Our residents can enjoy newly renovated private suites. These rooms were designed as a "home away from home" to ensure optimal comfort.
Many of our residents are admitted for short-term stays. We are proud that approximately 50% of our annual discharges are to home.

Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for our clients and restore to prior level of function. We do this through:

- retraining and strengthening swallow abilities, improve cognitive skills and safety awareness
The purpose of Restorative Therapy is to help clients maintain the progress made in PT, OT, and ST.
The Restorative Aide works, post-therapy, to help maintain functionality and range.
We also have a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Specialist Gerontological Nutrition on staff. The RDN reviews each person’s history and current status to find, and then correct, feeding or eating issues before they lead to serious nutritional problems.
Our multi-disciplinary Care Plan Team develops comprehensive plans of care on a routine basis for each of our Residents. Families and loved ones are encouraged to participate to help meet current and future needs. This is also used to give the Resident and her family an opportunity to address any concerns or provide input.
Not only will we meet your needs, we will exceed your expectations.
The days at Moore-Few Care Center are filled with various activities to meet the need for socialization amongst our Residents. We have a National and State Certified Activity Director who schedules and plans activities according to the needs and desires of our Residents. When group activities are not appropriate for a Resident, that person receives individualized, one-on-one time with either the Activity Director or her Assistant.
Residents are assisted in pursuing their personal interests and are encouraged to try new hobbies. Activities include cooking, crafts, bingo, coffee time, exercises, live music, Wii games, popcorn and movies, pet visits, religious services, outings in the facility van and more.
The Activity Director also facilitates the monthly “Resident Council” meetings.
Moore-Few Care Center caters meals from the NRMC kitchen. Their seasoned cooks offer a nice variety of hot meals three times daily. Meals are served in the spacious dining room where people sit with friends to visit and enjoy their meals. Others may opt to take their meals in their room.
In addition to breakfast, lunch and supper meals, we offer an “Always Available” menu to our Residents. Our Residents may snack whenever the mood strikes them.
The Residents also attend a monthly “Let’s Talk Food” meeting with the Meal Services Coordinator where they discuss the menu and request changes, choose two special meals for the following month and suggest recipes they’d like to have the kitchen try.
Our hair care specialist has over 40 years in the industry and takes special care to ensure the ladies get the look they like. The salon is a sort of gathering place where Residents can catch up on the local scoops of the day. We also have a Barber in once monthly to spruce up our gentlemen.
