NRMC is accredited by the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality. This means we voluntarily submit to evaluations of our compliance with nationwide hospital standards on a continuing basis. CIHQ accreditation is your assurance that Nevada Regional Medical Center practices continuous quality monitoring to provide you with quality health care.

If an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety at Nevada Regional Medical Center that the hospital has not addressed, he or she is encouraged to contact hospital administration by phone at (417) 667-3355.

If the concerns cannot be resolved with hospital administration, the individual may contact the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CIHQ)  to report the concerns or to register complaints about a CIHQ-accredited healthcare organization:
